Leadership Coaching – Graham is a leadership coach and trainer with over 20 years experience as a leadership coach. School leadership can be a lonely place and coaching provides the headspace to think through highly effective solutions to complex issues. Coaching sessions take place online or in person. Subject leadership & Deep Dive Coaching – As an Ofsted inspector, Graham brings the lens of the inspectorate and breadth of experience as a school leader to this course. Delegates receive a training session in the theory and practice of highly effective subject leadership. Graham then models a deep dive and work scrutiny in your school and coaches the leaders in developing their own style of subject monitoring. Safeguarding Reviews – This two day on-site review of safeguarding will provide your school with a detailed report that outlines key actions needed to strengthen your approach to safeguarding students. The review will consider all statutory requirements for safeguarding, coach your leaders in what Ofsted will review in their inspection visits, reflect on the effectiveness of your school website and consider how your school curriculum supports the safeguarding knowledge held by your students.
School Reviews – How about having a school improvement partner attached to your school that has been a trust CEO, lead inspector for Ofsted, National Leader of Education, school headteacher and special school director? School reviews can focus on any element of your school practice and will provide you with a written review with helpful next steps to strengthen your practice and the practice of your staff.
Staff training – Graham provides twilight face to face, remote and recorded training sessions. Training is bespoke to your school needs. Trading includes; subject leadership, adaptive strategies for pupils with SEND, governance, retrieval strategies, research skills, appraisal and much more.
Research training and coaching – Graham will lead training in the research cycle for your staff. He will then support their research cycle through coaching and help your school to embed a culture of research for staff that empowers them to develop practice that has a deep impact on their practice and outcomes for students.
Senior Staff Briefings – Graham offers a remote staff briefing for schools and trusts. This reviews the current educational thinking and expands on articles from his acclaimed blog, Chisnell Chatter. These sessions have proved beneficial in keeping senior leaders up to date with current educational research, policy and school inspection updates.
