Graham is a freelance education consultant and author of Irresistible Learning – embedding a culture of research in schools.
He has worked as a primary school headteacher, mentor-coach trainer and university lecturer. Graham was CEO of a multi-academy trust in Kent and a National Leader of Education. He is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and is a lead inspector for Ofsted. He also lectures on the NPQ programmes.
He was awarded the National Award for Evidence-Informed Practice in 2018 by the Cambridge Primary Review Trust in recognition of the culture of research he had built in his schools.
He is the author of Irresistible Learning – embedding a culture of research in schools and has published two journal articles.
